Rebecca and Alexander Walker, along with their 4 children, are the third generation that have poured their heart and soul into the historic walls of Fairlawn Estate. The beautifully restored Fairlawn Estate can be found, in the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region. This Private Estate brings nostalgia to the modern traveller or for those seeking a unique and opulent venue.
With its varied historical past, Fairlawn Estate is situated on a 2000 acre working farm. The Fairlawn homestead, and adjoining Bishop Hales Cottage, commands 1000m2 of jarrah floor space with 7 bedrooms (5 king rooms and 2 queen rooms), a ballroom, dining hall (with 16 seat jarrah table) and two cocktail lounges. The gardens of the Estate flow through the seasons in colour and light. Always sensationally beautiful at any time of the year.

Rebecca and Alexander (along with their children Angus, Thomas, Patrick and Annabel) have a great desire to share their special oasis with the fortunate few that choose to visit Fairlawn Estate. Together they are a young farming family that enjoy the special bond that they have with each other and the land that they are fortunate to live on.
